It looks like Main Street Creamery on Main Street is for sale. According to the ad on BizQuest.com the reason for selling is “Business ventures in home state - family illness.”
The shop was last in the news as the Lakeland stop for Rudy Giuliani’s failed presidential bid, but it is a shop Lakeland natives have frequented for years.
The BizQuest ad has photos of the shop, and lists an asking price of $67,900.

Chuck, I think we should go in half-sies on the ice cream shop. We could be the James Carville and Mary Matalin of the ice cream industry- minus the being married to each other part, of course. I would have suggested James Carville and Ann Coulter, but have you seen her?? Clearly, she doesn’t eat ice cream. Or much else, for that matter.
